Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Rogue Physio wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, enlarge text, or rely on high contrast.
The standard we are working to
We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the benchmark generally used to judge whether a website is accessible.
We are not claiming the site is perfect. We are claiming that accessibility is something we check for and fix, and that we will fix what you tell us about.
What we have done
- Every image that carries meaning has a text description; images that are purely decorative are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Every form field has a real, visible label attached to it, and errors are announced rather than only shown in colour.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, and the element you are on shows a visible focus outline.
- Headings follow a logical order, so you can navigate by heading and get a sensible outline of the page.
- Text is checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast against its background.
- The site is one responsive layout rather than a separate cut-down mobile version, so nothing is missing on a phone.
- Nothing moves, flashes, or auto-plays.
Known limitations
- Some clinic videos are on Instagram. We link out to them rather than playing them on this site, so watching one means going to Instagram, and the videos do not currently have captions. We do not control Instagram or its player.
- Online booking is handled by PromptEMR on their website. We do not control its accessibility. If you have difficulty booking online, call us and we will book the appointment for you.
If something on this site does not work for you
Please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it, and we would rather hear about it than not.
Call +1 (865) 213-2744, or send a message through our contact form. It helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way.
We aim to reply within two business days. If the problem stops you booking or contacting us, we will help you do that over the phone straight away, while the fix is being made.
Accessibility at the clinic itself
This statement covers the website. For questions about physical access to our Oak Ridge clinic, or about accommodations during your appointment, please call us — we are glad to talk it through before you come in.
