Regenerative Medicine

A surgery-free path to healing — helping your body repair the joints, tendons, and nerves that physical therapy alone can’t fully reach.

The Partnership

Built around your recovery

Rogue Physio has partnered with Regenyx Comprehensive Medicine, a regenerative-medicine practice led by a board-accredited nurse practitioner. When skilled, hands-on physical therapy and regenerative medicine work together, recovery accelerates.

We refer to one another as needed. If something isn’t healing as quickly as it should — or an ultrasound reveals a deeper joint issue — you have a clear next step, without starting over.

How it works together

→ Two-way referrals between Rogue Physio and Regenyx.

→ A holistic plan that accelerates therapy and recovery.

→ One coordinated team focused on getting you better.

In Plain Terms

Helping the body heal itself

Regenerative medicine uses your body’s own repair tools — stem cells, exosomes, and platelet-rich plasma — to rebuild damaged tissue instead of cutting it out. Delivered through IVs and precise injections, it’s a measured alternative to surgery: little to no downtime, and nothing that keeps you off work.

The Protocol

How treatment works

A structured course over about four weeks — then a six-month recheck. Tap a step.

Day one

Map the damage

We start with an in-office diagnostic ultrasound so you can see exactly where there’s a tear, wear, or inflammation — a clear, black-and-white picture, not guesswork.

Week 1

Exosome IV

A gentle IV infusion of exosomes circulates through your system, seeking out inflammation and damage from head to toe and flagging it for repair.

Week 2

Targeted injection

A single injection of stem cells and exosomes into the site lays the groundwork for the tissue to rebuild — like setting an internal scaffold for your body to finish.

Week 4

Reinforce & re-image

A final injection tailored to the area — hyaluronic gel for joints, PRP for spine and soft tissue — plus a follow-up ultrasound. Most people are noticeably better by now.

6 months

Recheck the proof

A check-in and follow-up ultrasound, compared side-by-side with day one. For most patients the tear and inflammation are gone — and the repair is built to last.

Tracked by ultrasound

“A black-and-white difference you could explain to a five-year-old.”

Who It Helps

When you can’t afford the downtime

From athletes to laborers, truck drivers to professionals balancing work and family — the common thread is people who can’t step away for surgery and six weeks of recovery. Regenerative medicine fits into your life instead of pausing it.

Why it’s different here

A real follow-up system

Most providers are “one and done.” Here, ultrasound tracking and a six-month recheck are standard — rare enough that patients travel from out of state.

Taught nationwide

The provider trains clinics across the country to integrate regenerative medicine the right way.

Doctor-led & accredited

Care from a licensed, AANP-accredited nurse practitioner, with FDA-inspected lab sourcing and procedures.

Common Questions

What patients ask

They’re ethically sourced from donated umbilical-cord tissue (Wharton’s jelly) following healthy, full-term births. Mom and baby are screened, and every sample is third-party tested. Nothing is taken from you, and no one is harmed.

The injection and IV procedures, the equipment, and the sourcing lab are all FDA-inspected, and care is delivered by a licensed, AANP-accredited nurse practitioner. Complications are rare.

In the provider’s own practice, the large majority of patients see meaningful improvement by six months — tracked with before-and-after ultrasound. Published research is encouraging as well, and individual results vary.

Regenerative medicine is cash-based — insurance doesn’t cover it. Flexible, interest-free payment options are available, and your investment covers the full course of care.

Once tissue heals, it heals — much like a cut that closes and stays closed. The protocol is designed for a lasting repair, not a temporary patch.

Most stem-cell providers are “one and done.” This partnership uses a structured, multi-step protocol with ultrasound tracking and a six-month recheck — an approach so uncommon that patients travel from out of state for it.

Regenerative therapies are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are provided on a cash-pay basis. Outcomes described reflect the provider’s clinical experience; individual results vary. This page is educational and not medical advice.
